Promoting Top-Level Design:the Optimal Path of Mobile Party Members Management Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problems of the management of mobile Party members in the new era and new journey,we need to adhere systems thinking and optimization of the five mechanisms.We should pay attention to precision and strictness,adjust the current transfer scope of mobile Party members and organizational relations,enhance the convenience and seriousness of organizational re-lations transfer,create a more accurate,effective and stable organizational relationship management mechanism.We should pay attention to standard and quality,perfect the standard of the Party or-ganization setting up,construct the new mode of the organization life of mobile Party members,mold a more tangible,effective and qualitative Party organization setting up and the operating mechanism of the organization life.We should pay attention to respect and guidance,strengthen the protection of the rights of mobile Party members,encourage care and help.We should pay attention to the modern and intensive,enable mobile Party members to manage the informationization from the top to the bottom at a high-level,build a new pattern of matching management working condi-tions,and shape a more modern and intensive management means and working conditions support mechanism.We should pay attention to clear responsibility and cohesion,distinguish the main and auxiliary responsible parties according to the local conditions,improve the mechanism of co-manage-ment,classified management,inspection and evaluation of vertical and horizontal responsibility subjects,and create a more detailed and thorough responsibility system for the management of mo-bile Party members.关键词
