社工组织与志愿组织互助建构式联动治理的逻辑及进路
Logic and Approach of the Mutually Supportive Constructive Coaction Governance Between Social Work Organizations and Voluntary Organizations

Abstract
Social work organizations and voluntary organizations play an important role in promoting the progress of contemporary social civilization and social development with their unique organizational efficiency and professional advantages.The participation of voluntary organizations in rural governance is generally faced with the lack of situational legitimacy,constraints of rural integration,obstacles of resource access and the expansion of social relations,which lead to the failure of rural voluntary service.Based on the common career vision and convergence of values,social work organizations and voluntary organizations promote voluntary innovation,social work efficiency and rural development through joint entry,subject co-construction,action empowerment and structural reconstruction.Social work organizations and voluntary organizations maintain the value system through mutual benefit and trust mechanism,construct the goal system through mutual construction and complementarity mechanism,and optimize the action system through mutual assistance and interaction mechanism to jointly form mutually supportive constructive coaction.This linkage mechanism explains the specific process of organized cooperative actions between different governance subjects and elements,the causal logic and procedures behind it,which provides practical experience and theoretical models for social organizations and group organizations to participate in rural governance in the new era.关键词
