Research Progress on Regulation of lncRNA on Lipid Metabolism in Ruminants
脂质代谢对机体的生长发育、繁殖等均有重要作用,反刍家畜的背膘厚、肌内脂肪含量和乳脂率等经济性状与脂质代谢密切相关.长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度大于 200 核苷酸的非编码RNA,近年来研究发现lncRNA可以通过干扰基因的表达、调控酶活性、竞争靶位点等方式参与许多重要的机体代谢.在畜牧经济性状研究中,lncRNA可通过调控脂质代谢影响肌内脂肪的沉积及乳脂率,从而影响反刍家畜的肉质、乳质性状.本文对lncRNA调控反刍动物肉质性状与产乳性状的脂质代谢途径及相关研究进行综述,以期对反刍家畜经济性状的改善提供理论依据.
The metabolism of lipids is crucial for growth,development,and reproduction.Many economic traits such as backfat thickness,intramuscular fat content and milk fat percentage of ruminant livestock are closely related to lipid metabolism.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a non-coding RNA with a length of more than 200 nucleotides.In recent years,it has been discovered that lncRNA can play a crucial role in body metabolism by interfering with gene expression,regulating enzyme activity,and competing for target sites.In the study of livestock economic traits,lncRNA can affect intramuscular fat deposition and milk fat percentage by regulating lipid metabolism,thus affecting meat and milk quality traits of ruminant livestock.This paper reviews the regulatory effects of lncRNA on beef and milk production,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the economic traits of ruminants.
