Research Progress on Analyzing the Muscle Growth and Development of Pigs Based on Omics Technologies
摘要
Abstract
The growth of the animal body is influenced by both external conditions and genetic factors,with the latter in particular playing a complex regulatory role that not only affects the growth rate,the quality and yield of muscle,but also has a profound impact on the economic benefit and future development of the pig industry.In recent years,the rapid development of transcriptomics and proteomics has prompted people not only to explore the changes in muscle of pig during growth from a deeper perspective,but also to study the related genes and proteins and their involved signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms from the inside of the body,which can accurately reveal the complex changes in the growth process of pig.In this paper,the research of pig muscle growth and development and the application of transcriptomics and proteomics technologies in pig muscle growth and development are reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for further improving pig growth speed and muscle characteristics through omics technologies.关键词
