Advances in Rumen Epithelial Short-Chain Fatty Acids Transporters
摘要
Abstract
The rumen is an important organ for ruminants to digest coarse feed.Short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)is ruminal microbial fermentation products,which provide energy for the animal.The rumen epithelium can absorb and transport SCFAs,which plays an important role in the healthy development of the rumen.This article focuses on five main rumen epithelial SCFAs transporters:monocarboxylate transporter,anion exchange protein,sodium hydrogen exchange protein,adenoma downregulated protein,and putative ion transporter,providing a theoretical basis to accurately regulate rumen's nutrition and health status.关键词
