Progress in the Study of the Mechanism of Drug-induced Liver Injury
摘要
Abstract
Drug induced liver injury(DILI)is a common adverse drug reaction worldwide and an unresolved problem in clinical prac-tice,with its incidence and lethality increasing year by year.The occurrence of DILI may be the result of a combination of factors,which have not been fully elucidated so far.In this study,we reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of drug-induced liver injury by reviewing the related literature,aiming to provide a reference for its prevention,diagnosis,and treatment in clinical science.关键词
