Response Surface Methodology Extraction of Isorhamnetin from Fresh Seabuckthorn and Design of Isorhamnetin Zwitterionic Polymers

Abstract
Objective:To establish a response surface optimization method for extracting isorhamnetin from fresh seabuckthorn fruits,and modify isorhamnetin with a high molecular amphoteric polymer.Methods:Design Expert 8.0.6 software and Box Behnken optimiza-tion were used to extract isorhamnetin from fresh seabuckthorn fruit,and the prepared isorhamnetin was self-assembled into an amphoteric polymer.Results:The optimized extraction temperature is 75 ℃,extraction time is 60 minutes,and the amount of hydrochloric acid added to 100g of fresh seabuckthorn fruit is 35 mL;The use of self-assembly mode to produce isothamnetin amphoteric polymer has complete reac-tion and good solubility.Conclusion:The response surface method is stable and feasible,and can be used to optimize the process of isorh-amnetin in fresh seabuckthorn fruit;The self-assembly mode is feasible for the structural modification of isothamnetin amphoteric polymers.关键词
