某院2022年静脉用药调配中心药物咨询分析
Drug Consultation in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of a Hospital in 2022
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the drug consultation situation in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)in a hospital,and to provide a reference for improving clinical rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2 339 drug consultation records from January to December 2022 in the PIVAS of a hospital.Statistics and analysis were conducted based on the consultants,consultation methods,consulted departments,consultation contents,and categories of drugs.Pareto chart was used to analyze the main and secondary factors of consultation.Results Among the 2 339 drug consultation records,the consultants were nurses(62.08%)and physicians(37.92%),the main consultation method was telephone consultation(83.75%),the mainly consulted departments mainly included the Department of Oncology(32.15%),the Department of Hematology(26.34%),and the Department of Cadre(17.14%),the main categories of drugs were anti-tumor drugs(33.52%),parenteral nutrition drugs(26.72%),and cardiovascular system drugs(23.98%).Pareto chart analysis results showed that drug usage and dosage,off-label drug use,combined drug use and drug-drug interaction were the main factors in the consultation content of physicians,while the drug configuration method and storage methods were the main factors in the consultation content of nurses.Conclusion By conducting drug consultations,the PIVAS in the hospital can provide precise pharmaceutical care and medication guidance for clinical medical staff to ensure the safety of clinical medication.关键词
