基于专利分析的成都中药企业技术创新研究
Research on Technological Innovation of TCM Enterprises in Chengdu Based on Patent Analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the technological innovation status of TCM enterprises in Chengdu by analyzing the patent situation of TCM high-tech enterprises in Chengdu;To provide references for the inheritance and innovation development of TCM in Sichuan Province.Methods Based on Innography patent retrieval and analysis database,the patents of invention and utility model of TCM high-tech enterprises in Chengdu were searched,screened,statistically analyzed,and interpreted deeply from the perspectives of patent type,CPC distribution,patent strength and competition situation.Results The patents of TCM high-tech enterprises in Chengdu were mainly of general strength patents,accounting for 79.67%;the proportion of foreign patent distribution was small,and chemical composition was the main breakthrough;invention patents accounted for 52.57%,and CPC main classification numbers were concentrated in Part A(A61K36,A61K31,A61K9),Part G(G01N30)and Part C;utility model patents accounted for 47.43%,and CPC main classification numbers were concentrated in Part B,Part A(A61J3)and Part F;among the top ten hot Chinese materia medica,only Astragali Radix,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were authentic medicinal materials in Sichuan Province.Conclusion Invention patents innovation fields of TCM enterprises in Chengdu cover prescriptions,TCM quality control,Chinese patent medicine,TCM extracts,TCM chemical components,etc.Utility model patents mainly focus on the innovation of TCM decoction pieces;TCM enterprises in Chengdu lack deep innovation of local medicinal materials in Sichuan.关键词
