Discussion on the Connotation of Treating the Heart from the Spleen in Chronic Coronary Syndrome Based on Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress
摘要
Abstract
According to TCM,the heart and spleen are closely linked in physiology and pathology;spleen diseases can lead to heart diseases,and heart diseases can be cured from the spleen.Endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis and stress are similar to the physiology and pathology of the spleen,and may be a reflection of spleen function at the subcellular level.Endoplasmic reticulum stress is a pathogenic factor in chronic coronary syndromes,and promotes the progression of chronic coronary syndromes by participating in the formation of atherosclerosis and vascular endothelial dysfunction,which is similar to the process of spleen involvement in the formation of phlegm and blood stasis leading to chest obstruction.The connection between ERS and chronic coronary syndromes provides a reference for the treatment of the heart from the spleen and treating the heart and spleen together in TCM,and provides ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic coronary syndromes in TCM.关键词
