Study on TCM and Western Medicine Treatment Strategies for IgA Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy is the most prevalent primary glomerulonephritis in the Asians as well as the most common glomerular disease that develops into end-stage kidney disease.In this article,the authors combined current progress in TCM and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy with the clinical experience to summarize a new perspective on the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,including concentrating on follow-up and management,combining clinical and pathology,differentiating the acute and chronic,deficiency and excess syndromes,and combining TCM and Western medicine to provide references for clinical doctors,in order to offer ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and management of IgA nephropathy.关键词
