Analysis on Medication Law of TCM Classics in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Yang-deficiency Syndrome Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication law of prescriptions in TCM classics for the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang-deficiency syndrome using data mining;To provide the reference for clinic.Methods Based on the Chinese Classical Prescription Database,the prescriptions for the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang-deficiency syndrome were retrieved.Frequency statistics was performed using Excel 2016,association rule analysis was performed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and systematic clustering analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results A total of 393 effective prescriptions for the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang-deficiency syndrome were included,which were from 109 ancient books,involving 303 kinds of Chinese materia medica.There were 23 high frequency drugs(frequency≥30),and the frequency of Poria was the highest,followed by Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and cold,and the medicinal tastes were mainly pungent and bitter.The main drug meridians were lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian and large intestine meridian.The drug efficacy was mainly phlegm resolving,cough relieving,and asthma relieving drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,diuretic and dampness penetrating drugs,and qi regulating drugs;association rule analysis showed that the commonly used drug combinations were Poria-Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix,Poria-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,and Poria-Alismatis Rhizoma;clustering analysis suggested that Tingli Pills,Wupi Decoction and Fuzi Decoction were the core TCM prescriptions.Conclusion TCM Classics for the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang-deficiency syndrome mostly follows the principle of supplementing deficiency as the foundation and eliminating pathogens as a supplement.The treatment is generally carried out from the aspects of warming yang and improving water,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma.The data mining results of new prescriptions can provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
