国家专利数据库中药专利复方治疗胃溃疡用药规律研究
Study on the Medication Law of TCM Patent Compounds in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Based on National Patent Database
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM patent compounds in the treatment of gastric ulcer based on data mining methods;To provide scientific basis and reference for the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer and the development of related new drugs.Methods The TCM patent prescriptions for the treatment of gastric ulcer were retrieved through the National Patent Database from the establishment of the database to 23th,June 2023.After pre-screening the data in Excel 2020,TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform 2.5 was used to perform frequency statistics,association rule analysis,clustering analysis,and complex network analysis on data.Results Totally 320 TCM patent prescriptions for treating gastric ulcer were obtained,including 338 kind of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 3 225 times,mainly tonifying deficiency medicine and qi-regulating medicine;association rules analysis found that the most commonly used medicinal pair was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Paeoniae Radix alba,the most commonly used triple combination was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Bletiliae Rhizoma-Sepiae Endoconcha,and the association rule with the highest confidence was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Bletiliae Rhizoma→Sepiae Endoconcha;12 groups of hidden core drug combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained based on entropy clustering.Conclusion TCM patent compounds for the treatment of gastric ulcer choose Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix alba,Sepiae Endoconcha,Bletiliae Rhizoma,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma as the core medicines,using Baizhu Shaoyao Decoction and Baifen Powder as the core combinations for modifying and compatibility,working together to treat gastric ulcers.关键词
