Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature related to the research on the TCM treatment for proteinuria;To understand the research hotspots and development trends in this field.Methods Research literature about TCM treatment for proteinuria was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 1,2012,to December 31,2022.The literature was deweighted and manually screened using NoteExpress 3.7.0.A line graph of publication trends and a bar chart of literature sources were drawn using Excel 2021.VOSviewer 1.6.19 software was used to create a graph of author collaboration networks and keyword co-occurrence.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to construct a keyword clustering,timeline,and burst analysis graph.Results A total of 427 articles were included,and the number of publications was largely stable,with a general downward trend.Totally 125 source journals,229 institutions,and 86 core authors were included.The type of institution was mainly TCM universities and affiliated hospitals;the author clustering co-occurrence chart showed the formation of author collaborative teams with Professors He Liqun,Mi Xiuhua,Wang Yi and Wang Lifan as the core authors,respectively.The most frequent keyword was"spleen and kidney qi deficiency",with an intensity of 2.14,and the most extended duration was"TCM syndrome differentiation"and"kidney function".Conclusion Collaboration between authors and research teams in the field of TCM treatment for proteinuria has to be strengthened,and the type of research institution is relatively homogeneous so that multi-center,high-quality,diversified,and integrated research should be further developed.Research hotspots focus on discriminatory treatment,empirical studies,and observation indicators.In the future,the excavation and systematic in-depth research on the experience of famous TCM doctors should be strengthened,and the application of research methods such as material basis research on the effects of TCM should be paid attention to,and the application of research methods such as evidence-based medicine and data mining should be promoted.关键词
