基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗卒中后吞咽障碍研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature on Post-stroke Dysphagia Treated by Acupuncture Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the current status,hotspots and trends in research on post-stroke dysphagia(PSD)treated by acupuncture;To provide reference for related research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The literature related to acupuncture in the treatment of PSD was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science literature database from the establishment of the databases to 17th Oct.2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R4 software was used to visually display authors,institutions,keywords,etc.,and analyze the current research status and development trends in this field.Results Totally 922 Chinese articles and 30 English articles were included.The author with the most Chinese articles were Feng Weixing,and the author with the most English articles was Xu,Nenggui.The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine published the most Chinese articles,and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine published the most English articles.Keywords analysis showed that the Chinese articles mainly focused on rehabilitation and latch needle,and the English articles mainly foucused on pneumonia,diagnosis,etc.;clustering analysis showed that there were 17 clusters for Chinese keywords and 8 clusters for English keywords,mainly focusing on the treatment of PSD with latch needle,neck acupuncture,and electroacupuncture;the emergence analysis shows that the"swallowing function","acupuncture and moxibustion","oropharyngeal dysphagia"and"impact"had high emergence intensity.Conclusion At present,the research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment PSD is mainly conducted in China,and the number of documents issued is fluctuating.The cooperation of various groups needs to be strengthened,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation to improve the quality of life of patients with PSD is a research hotspot,and the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of PSD may be the future development trend.关键词
