中医药治疗单纯性肥胖研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about the TCM Treatment of Simple Obesity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends in TCM for the treatment of simple obesity;To provide reference for related research.Methods The literature related to TCM treatment of simple obesity was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to August 30,2023.Excel 2020 software was used to analyze the publication time and source journals of the included literature;CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used for core author co-occurrence,institutional co-occurrence,keywords clustering,and emergence analysis;VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used for co-occurrence analysis of author collaboration and high-frequency keyword co-occurrence.Results A total of 1 376 articles were included,with a general upward trend in the number of publications.The included articles involved 2 648 authors,and the ones with more publications included Liu Zhicheng,Zhou Zhongyu,Wang Jiajie,and so on.976 journal articles came from 297 journals,and Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion was the journal with the most publications in this field.The top 5 institutions with the highest number of publications were Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Chinese Medicine and Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords included simple obesity,acupuncture,electroacupuncture,leptin,and clinical research.Conclusion TCM treatment for simple obesity has a good development prospect,and the main therapeutic means are electroacupuncture,acupuncture,moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressure.The research hotspots focus on acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping and acupuncture point embedding,and acupoint embedding research may be the future research trend.关键词
