摘要

Abstract

This article is based on the analysis of the operating data of the air conditioning unit in a certain workshop of a cigarette factory.Based on the collected information,the energy supply quality of the air conditioning environment temperature and humidity is comprehensively evaluated from dimensions such as trend charts,qualified status of abnormal data,process capability index analysis,and correlation coefficient analysis.Analyze the control stability and quality qualification status of temperature and humidity in the air conditioning environment.The results showed that multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis can objectively evaluate the quality of temperature and humidity control during the operation period of air conditioning units.The trend chart intuitively reflects whether the temperature and humidity are within the limit range,the qualified status of the data indicates whether there are abnormal data phenomena,the process capability index indicates whether the control feedback value meets the process control requirements,the correlation coefficient indicates the correlation with a single point,and the rule of single point data determines whether there is local overheating phenomenon,Based on this,the quality of air conditioning energy supply can be comprehensively evaluated,providing optimization direction and data support for controlling energy conservation.
