摘要

Abstract

Air conditioning is an indispensable equipment to create a comfortable environment for people.At present,the energy conservation of air conditioning equipment has become a concern of the whole society.The condenser is an important part of the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.The heat exchange performance of the condenser has a significant impact on the performance of the entire air conditioning capacity.The improvement of the condenser performance can be achieved by increasing the number of rows of the condenser,increasing the diameter of the copper tube,changing the fin pitch and fin shape,etc.However,due to the design cost and installation space,the operability of the above optimization methods is limited.In this paper,the finned tube condenser for air conditioning is taken as the research object,and three different condenser structures are designed without increasing the cost-(1.the design of non-supercooled tube considering reducing the pressure drop of refrigerant;2.the design of subcooled tube considering increasing the degree of condensation subcooling;3.the subsection design considering eliminating the influence of cold and hot convection of condenser),and its heat transfer performance is analyzed,Through system simulation and experimental test,it is concluded that the optimal design scheme is the subcooling design scheme to eliminate reheating.
