乡村振兴战略下农村基层干部人才培养研究

Abstract
Open education,as a significant model for adult continuing education,plays a pivotal role in the cultivation of rural grassroots cadres.In recent years,it has nurtured a group of rural talents with high quality,culture,and skills in Ningbo,Zhejiang,yet there are still many deficiencies.Taking Ningbo as an example,this study explores and implements reforms in talent cultivation models based on the Outcome-based Education(OBE)philosophy.These reforms include constructing a professional practice teaching system,achieving a full-chain collaborative education model with school-government cooperation,innovating a dual-curriculum integrated blended teaching model,and creating a new smart learning ecosystem of"four classrooms,four teams."These efforts aim to pioneer solutions to the nationwide challenges in cultivating rural grassroots cadres,ensuring that the learning outcomes of rural cadres are genuinely applied to the construction of rural grassroots governance.关键词
