Abstract
The hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar,which monitors"rain in the clouds"below 2 km above ground,is the"first line of defense"of the water conservancy industry to build flood monitoring and forecasting with the basin as a unit,and it is an important initiative to realize the forward movement of the gate and the outward push of the line of defense.This article summarizes the development history,technical characteristics,and pilot application of hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar,evaluates the accuracy of precipitation estimation products of rain gauge radar in pilot applications in the Daqing River Basin in Hebei and the Laodao-Liuyang River Basin in Hunan,elucidates the technical advantages of HRMR in rainfall monitoring and early-warning,and proposes suggestions for further development of hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar monitoring systems..关键词
