胆囊息肉患者肠道菌群结构变化与代谢标志物和膳食模式的关系
The Relationship between Bhanges in Gut Microbiota Structure,Metabolic Markers,and Dietary Patterns in Patients with Gallbladder Polyps

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of dietary patterns and gut microbiota in the occurrence and development of Polypoid Lesion of Gallbladder(PLG),and provide a basic basis for the active prevention and treatment of PLG.Methods 150 PLG patients(case group)and 150 healthy patients(control group)who visited Xilingol League Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 through continuous convenience sampling were collected.Results Compared to the obligate anaerobe of the control group,in the case group,the number of Bifidobacterium was lower(P<0.05),and the number of Clostridium difficile was higher(P<0.05).Compared to the facultative anaerobe of the control group,in the case group,the number of lactic acid bacteria in facultative anaerobic bacteria was lower(P<0.05),but Streptococcus,Enterococcus,and Staphylococcus were higher(P<0.05).In the case group HDL-C levels were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and HbA1c,FBG,TG,LDL-C,TC,and hs-CRP levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).We also found that the number of Bifidobacterium were negatively correlated with HbA1c(P<0.05),the number of Clostridium difficile was positively correlated with HbA1c(P<0.05),the number of Bifidobacterium was negatively correlated with TG and LDL-C(P<0.05),the number of Staphylococcus was positively correlated with hs-CRP(P<0.05),and the number of Lactobacillus fermentum was negatively correlated with LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion The changes in gut microbiota structure in patients with gallbladder polyps are closely related to metabolic markers and dietary patterns.关键词
