损伤控制联合外伤急救在急诊创伤性颅脑损伤中的应用效果
The Application Effect of Injury Control Combined with Trauma First Aid in Emergency Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of combined intervention of trauma first aid and injury control in emergency traumatic brain injury intervention.Methods 100 patients with traumatic brain injury in the emergency department of our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the intervention method,they were divided into two groups(the combined intervention group and the individual intervention group),with 50 cases in each group.Results Compared to the individual intervention group,in the combine intervention group,the rescue was shorter,the D-D levels,TT,PT,APTT,and NLR were all lower,the rScO2,PAV,and RAGE were all higher,the APACHE Ⅱ score,ISS score,and DIC score were all lower,the GCS score,GOS score,and KPS score were all higher,the NDS score and NIHSS score were lower,the LOTCA score,FMA score,BI score,and SF-36 score was higher,the overall effective rate was higher,and the incidence of complications was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the combined intervention of trauma first aid and injury control in the emergency traumatic brain injury intervention is better than that of trauma first aid alone.关键词
