Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency mode in the emergency treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively selected and divided into emergency mode group and routine emergency treatment group according to treatment methods,50 cases in each group.Results In the emergency mode group,the success rate of emergency treatment was higher than that in the conventional emergency treatment group,the time between admission and emergency physician was shorter than that in the conventional emergency treatment group,the time between admission and CT report was shorter than that in the conventional emergency treatment group,the time between admission and intravenous thrombolysis was shorter than that in the conventional emergency treatment group,the time between admission and arterial sheath was shorter than that in the conventional emergency treatment group,the time of sheath-vessel recanalization was shorter than that of the conventional emergency treatment group,the NIHSS score and CSS score were lower than that of the conventional emergency treatment group,and the MMSE score and MBI score were higher than that of the conventional emergency treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of strength,hand function,communication,memory and thinking,participation,emotion,mobility and daily living ability in emergency mode group were higher than those in conventional emergency treatment group(P<0.05),The incidence of complications of the emergency mode group was lower than that of routine emergency treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of emergency mode in the rescue of acute cerebral infarction patients is better than that of conventional emergency rescue.关键词
