摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the value of combining rapid serological biomarker testing and microbiological testing in diagnosing lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods 80 patients with pneumonia complicated by lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to November 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(rapid serological marker test)and the observation group(rapid serological marker test combined with microbiological test diagnosis).The number of patients in each group was 40,and the detection rate was recorded and evaluated.Results hrough comparison,we could observe that the detection rate of the observation group is 95.00％(38/40),which is significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00％(32/40),and the data comparison forms a significant statistical difference(P＜0.05);The observation group test results showed that there were 30 positive and 10 negative cases of lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.The control group test results showed that there were 25 positive and 15 negative cases of lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.There was a significant difference in diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity between the groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of using combined diagnosis of rapid serological biomarker testing and microbiological testing on patients with lower respiratory tract infections caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical practice was good,and the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the diagnosis were significantly higher than those of single tests.It is worth promoting.关键词
