摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of using refined nursing intervention in neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease(RDSN).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 82 children with RDSN admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City from January 2020 to December 2022.According to different nursing modes, the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received refined nursing. The incidence of complications, blood gas indicators, and treatment related time were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications such as airway mucosal injury,ventilator-associated pneumonia, and pneumothorax in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the time of withdrawal and discharge, both groups showed an increase in arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),and pH value, and the observation group increased more than the control group increase during the same period. Both groups had a decrease in arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),and the observation group decreased more than the control group decreased during the same period(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter mechanical ventilation time, oxygen therapy time, chest X-ray recovery time, and hospital stay compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention strategies can have a positive impact on reducing the incidence of complications, improving blood gas indicators, and shortening treatment related time in children with RDSN,and can be recommended as intervention models for implementation for RDSN children.关键词
