Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of Sevoflurane inhalation via Laryngeal Mask Airway(LMA)during anesthesia treatment for pediatric hernia surgery through comparison.Methods 80 pediatric hernia patients in this group(admitted between August 2022 and July 2023)were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received tracheal intubation anesthesia and semi closed face mask oxygen inhalation,while the observation group received a laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation regimen.Both groups used propofol as the guiding anesthetic and sevoflurane as the maintenance anesthetic.We compared the anesthesia effects of two groups of children,namely before anesthesia induction,during intubation or insertion of a laryngeal mask,at the end of surgery,and at the time of extubation or removal of the laryngeal mask.The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,incidence of adverse reactions,BIS evaluation results of anesthesia depth at different periods,and blood oxygen saturation and carbon dioxide levels during surgery of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Before anesthesia induction,the heart rate and average arterial water pressure of the two groups of children were relatively low and had no difference(P>0.05).At three time points:intubation or insertion of laryngeal mask,end of surgery,extubation or removal of laryngeal mask,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group children were generally stable compared to before anesthesia induction,with small fluctuations.The control group had significant fluctuations in heart rate and mean arterial pressure levels,both of which were more unstable than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than the control group's 30.00%(P<0.05).Before anesthesia induction,the BIS scores of both groups of children exceeded 80 points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);During intubation or insertion of the laryngeal mask,surgery completion,extubation or removal of the laryngeal mask,the BIS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the surgery,the blood oxygen saturation level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the carbon dioxide level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During pediatric hernia surgery,the use of laryngeal mask sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia scheme resulted in overall stable levels of heart rate and mean arterial pressure stress indicators throughout the surgery,without significant fluctuations.Additionally,the probability of adverse reactions was low,indicating that this scheme has high safety and clinical application value.关键词
