Abstract
Objective To explore the role of optimized emergency nursing processes in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning.Methods 100 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning admitted from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups using a digital random table method,with 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group.Among them,the control group underwent traditional nursing procedures;The observation group adopted an optimized emergency nursing process.We compared the rescue time,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients.Results The rescue time and observation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups showed that the total incidence rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Statistics showed that the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The optimized emergency nursing process for patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning significantly improves the success rate of treatment,shortens emergency response time,increases patient satisfaction,and has significant clinical application value.关键词
