Abstract
Objective To clinically explore the effect of nursing intervention with fast-track surgery principles on patients with colorectal cancer during surgical treatment.Methods 80 patients with colorectal cancer were selected from the Department of General Surgery of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The study group applied the nursing with fast-track surgery principles while the control group applied routine nursing.The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared.The degree of cancer pain and the incidence of postoperative complications were followed up.Results The time taken for first intake of liquid food,first exhaust,and first bowel movements after nursing care in the research group was significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);The degree of cancer pain in the post nursing study group was lower than that in the control group,and the statistical results showed a significant difference(P＜0.05);One case of lower limb venous thrombosis(2.50％)in the study group was lower than the four cases(10.00％).The total incidence of complications in the study group of one case(2.50％)was lower than that in the control group of ten cases(25.00％),and the statistical results showed significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The fast-track surgery principles nursing for patients with colorectal cancer is beneficial for shortening the time of first anal discharge and defecation,improving the degree of cancer pain,and reducing the incidence of complications.It can provide reference for improving the nursing effect of colorectal cancer patients.关键词
