Abstract
Stroke is a sudden cerebral blood circulation disorder,which often leads to sequelae such as hemiplegia,aphasia,and cognitive impairment.In recent years,the incidence of stroke has increased year by year,becoming a global health problem.As a common complication of stroke,stroke hemiplegia is typically manifested as muscle weakness,stiffness,numbness,pain,etc.,some of which are combined with paresthesia,balance disorder,walking difficulty,etc.,affecting the motor function of patients,thereby reducing the quality of life.With the continuous development of rehabilitation medicine,the role of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia has attracted increasing attention.Systematic rehabilitation training such as physical therapy,occupational therapy,and speech therapy can effectively promote the recovery of muscle strength,the improvement of balance ability,and the improvement of coordination of hemiplegia patients.Therefore,exploring the application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients with hemiplegia is particularly important for the improvement of patients'motor function and quality of life.关键词
