集束化护理联合银离子藻酸盐敷料在大面积烧伤患者中心静脉导管感染中的应用
The Effect of Bundle Nursing on Central Venous Catheter-related Bloodstream Infections in Patients with Extensive Burns

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of cluster nursing combined with silver ion alginate dressing on central venous catheter-associated infection in patients with massive burn.Methods From January 1,2017 to December 31,2023,110 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery in our hospital for large-scale burns through wound indentation central venous catheter were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing combined with silver ion alginate dressing.Results Compared with the control group,the puncture wound depth in the observation group was shallower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combined application of cluster nursing combined with silver ion alginate dressing can significantly reduce infection and promote wound healing,and the depth of wound is relatively shallow.关键词
