个体化护理服务模式对新生儿重症监护室(NICU)早产儿预后的影响
The Effect of Individualized Care Service Models on the Prognosis of Preterm Infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of personalized nursing services in premature infants.Methods 160 premature infants admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group based on different nursing modes,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group adopts an individualized nursing service model,while the control group adopts a routine nursing model.We compared the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the development and intelligence of premature infants,and the probability of readmission during nursing care between the two groups.results The time for bloating to subside,the initial oral feeding time,and sufficient feeding time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.001);After one month and three months of nursing care for two groups of premature infants,their body weight and length significantly increased(P＜0.001);The body weight of premature infants in the observation group was significantly heavier than that in the control group(P＜0.001);The body length of premature infants in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P＜0.001);After three months of nursing,the MDI score and PDI score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05);During the nursing period,one premature infant in the observation group was readmitted,while nine premature infants in the control group were readmitted.The readmission rate of premature infants in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing service model is easy to operate and beneficial for the growth and development of premature infants.关键词
