Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive emergency nursing in the first aid and care of patients with central retinal artery occlusion.Methods 100 patients with central retinal vein occlusion were selected from our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023.They were divided into two groups based on the nursing method,with 50 cases in each group.The visual acuity,blackout and anterior eye index,daily living ability,psychological state,quality of life,clinical efficacy,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Compared to the conventional emergency care group,the comprehensive emergency nursing group had higher visual acuity,blackness and anterior eye index,MBI score(P<0.05),lower anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05),and higher quality of life scores(P<0.05).The total effective rate(96.00%,48/50)of the comprehensive emergency nursing group was higher than that(76.00%,38/50)of the conventional emergency care group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of comprehensive emergency nursing group was 94.00%(47/50)higher than that of the conventional emergency care group,which was 72.00%(36/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive emergency care has a better effect on the first aid and nursing of patients with central retinal artery occlusion than that of conventional emergency care.关键词
