2型糖尿病患者中医湿证与冠状动脉周围脂肪组织参数相关性研究
Correlation Study Between Chinese Medicine Dampness Syndrome and Pericoronary Adipose Tissue in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between Chinese medicine(CM)dampness syndrome and pericoronary adipose tissue(PCAT)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 585 T2DM patients undergoing coronary CTA and hospitalized were included.The patients were divided into dampness syndrome group(366 cases)and non-dampness syndrome group(219 cases)based on the CM syndrome.The clinical data of the patients were collected.THE parameter of PCAT,right coronary artery fat attenuation index(RCA-FAI),was measured by automatic image analysis software.Comparison of baseline data[body mass index(BMI),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),etc]between the two groups was conducted,and the correlation between dampness syndrome and various variables was analyzed using Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis.Binary Logistic regression was performed to identify the influencing factors of T2DM dampness syndrome patients.ROC curve analysis was employed to assess the predictive value of PCAT for dampness syndrome in T2DM patients with concurrent coronary artery disease(CAD).Results In the T2DM dampness syndrome group,the RCA-FAI was higher than in the T2DM non-dampness syndrome group(P＜0.001).Additionally,compared with the T2DM non-dampness syndrome group,theBMI,TG,TC,and LDL-C levels were higher in the T2DM dampness syndrome group(P＜0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the dampness syndrome score was positively correlated with RCA-FAI,BMI,TG,TC,and LDL-C(P＜0.05).Multivariate regression analysis revealed that both BMI and RCA-FAI were influencing factors in T2DM dampness syndrome patients.The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve for predicting T2DM combined with CAD dampness syndrome by RCA-FAI was 0.638(95％CI:0.588～0.687).Conclusion The PCAT-related parameter RCA-FAI is significantly associated with T2DM dampness syndrome patients.(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry No.ChiCTR240079869)关键词
