Cultivation of Skilled Top-notch Innovative Talents:Implications of the Times,Internal Logic and Implementation Paths

Abstract
With the acceleration of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the cultivation of skilled top-notch innovative talents is not only a key support to promote the construction of a skill-based society,but also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education,and an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of vocational education students.Specifically,the cultivation of skilled top-notch innovative talents should be based on the logic of cultivating skilled"professionals",the logic of cultivating"social people"who love their jobs and dedication,and the integrated logic of cultivating comprehensive top-notch"innovators".Based on this,vocational education should promote the cultivation of skilled top-notch innovative talents by establishing"multiple classification"talent training goals,designing"personality and flexible"talent training models,and improving the"inclusive and open"talent evaluation system.关键词
