The Self-organization Logic and Transformation Direction of the Construction of Teaching Staff for Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
The construction of a high-quality and specialized teaching staff is an urgent requirement for vocational education in the new era.Based on the perspective of self-organization,the construction of teaching staff for vocational education in China still faces organizational difficulties,such as a relatively single source of vocational teachers,a relatively fixed model of teaching staff training mode for vocational education,lagging institutional construction of teaching staff for vocational education.The cross-border nature of vocational teacher qualifications inevitably requires to highlight the own openness and construct a diverse and participatory vocational teacher qualification management system;pay attention to the non-equilibrium relationship with the environment and enhance the development motivation of vocational teacher workforce;optimize the non-linearity of development and strengthen the institutional guarantee for the construction of teaching staff for vocational education.关键词
