Research and practice of"college+academy"dual-institution cooperative education mode:a case study of Shizhen Academy,the elite student training base for Chinese meteria medica at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

Abstract
The collaborative education mode of college and academy is an important innovation in the field of higher education,which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of students.Based on the educational philosophy of"integrating and inheriting medicine,seeking innovation in medicine and education collaboratively",Shizhen Academy of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM)explores a new paradigm for the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents through the"college+academy"dual-institution collaborative education model.This model combines knowledge imparted by professional colleges with cultural influence from academies,aiming to enhance students′ comprehensive quality and academic competitiveness.Within this framework,Shizhen Academy focuses on the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine,while emphasizing innovative educational practices,resulting in a distinctive talent cultivation program for top students in Chinese pharmacology with BUCM characteristics.关键词
