Abstract

Objective To preliminarily study whether the"college education+apprentice+grassroots practice"model is the best growth model for TCM talents.Methods Ninety-five students who participated in the"Danxin Plan"of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2020 were selected as the survey objects.Through the method of questionnaire survey combined with semi-structured interview,the investigation was conducted around the professional sense of gain,ability sense of gain,prospect sense of gain,spiritual sense of gain and professional sense of gain of students of the Danxin Plan.Results Based on the comprehensive analysis of questionnaire survey and interviews,"Danxin Plan"students in the professional,ability,prospect,spirit,career five aspects of sense of gain are good.Conclusions The sense of gain in all aspects of students in the Danxin Plan is regarded as the breakthrough point by looking at the microcosm through the macrocosm,which reflects the significant effect of"Danxin Plan"in students,school and society.The"Danxin Plan"of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine innovatively integrates grassroots practice into the training of TCM talents,which may be a new direction for the development of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine.
