医学院校规培研究生党建管理模式的改革实践
Reform and practice of the Party building management model for graduate students in standardized training at medical colleges

Abstract
The Communist Party of China(Party)organization plays a crucial role in carrying out ideological and political education for graduate students.Currently,the Party building work for graduate students in standardized training at medical colleges generally adopts a university management model.However,as these students undergo clinical rotation for 33 months at training bases several issues have become increasingly prominent under the university management model,including the weakened pioneer and exemplary role of Party members,the unbalanced development of party members in different locations,and the insufficient role of mentors in moral education.The article,based on a questionnaire survey,explores effective appoaches to Party building work and proposes a reform strategy that involves transferring the Party organization relationship of standardized training graduate students from a university management model to a base model.Additionally,measures such as incorporating Party buiding work into the base assessment and evaluation index system fo the training bases are adpoted to promote the establishment of"trinity"collaborative management mecahnism among universities,schools and traning bases,thereby forming a Party building base management model that is more suitable for the characteristics of standardized training graduate students.关键词
