Abstract
Cultivating compound rehabilitation talents with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is a need of the era of population aging.However,the current higher vocational education in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology has problems such as a single talent training model,lack of prominent characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and incomplete construction of practical training bases,which to a certain extent restrict the quality of professional talent training.Jiangsu Nursing Vocational College has actively explored and reformed in terms of the talent cultivation model of dual-qualified modern apprenticeship,constructing a dual-track curriculum system,and promoting the construction of industry-education integrated practical training bases in the specialty of characteristic talent cultivation,and has achieved preliminary results.This paper summarizes the experience to provide a reference for the reform of higher vocational education in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology.关键词
