中医药治疗肺癌癌因性疲乏的研究概况与思考
Research Overview and Reflection on the Treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue in Lung Cancer by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is one of the most common complications of lung cancer patients,which has an important impact on patients'quality of life and long-term prognosis.At present,the pathogenesis of this disease is not clear in Western medicine,non-drug therapy has poor clinical efficacy,and drug therapy has significant toxic and side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of this disorder.It has many targets,high safety,fewer side effects and other unique advantages,and has broad clinical application prospects.CRF in lung cancer belongs to the category of"consumptive disease"in TCM.It has a variety of causes,with five viscera,six bowels,qi,blood,yin and yang deficiency as the main pathogenesis of disease pattern,and mainly manifested by fatigue,weakness,anxiety,depression and other symptoms.Based on the ancient books of TCM,this paper systematically combs the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and formulae of lung cancer CRF,summarizes the research situation,discusses the latest research in TCM,and looks forward to the research prospect of improving lung cancer CRF,in order to provide theoretical support for the follow-up research.关键词
