A Preliminary Discussion on the Treatment of Insomnia Caused by Dysfunction of Spleen Storing Ideation
摘要
Abstract
Insomnia caused by dysfunction of spleen storing ideation is characterized by delayed sleep or sleeplessness caused by much thought.The core pathogenesis is that the spleen's ideation loses its nourishment or is disturbed by pathogen,causing the spleen's ideation to be unsettled,resulting in insomnia.The mainstay of treatment for this condition is to tranquilize the spleen.Formulae,such as Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction,Spleen-Restoring Decoction,Aconite Center-Regulating Decoction,Ginseng,Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder,Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Beverage,and Shashen Maidong decoction,have such effects.Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction has the action of supplementing spleen,benefit qi and raise yang to tranquilize the spleen.Spleen-Restoring Decoction can benefit qi,supplement blood and fortify the spleen to tranquilize the spleen.Aconite Center-Regulating Decoction has the actions of warming spleen yang to tranquilize the spleen.Ginseng,Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Powder can transport spleen's dampness to tranquilize the spleen.Coptis and Officinal Magnolia Bark Beverage can resolve heat in the spleen to tranquilize the spleen.Shashen Maidong decoction can enrich spleen's yin to tranquilize the spleen.Therefore,these formulae can achieve restoring spleen's function and help the patient recovery from insomnia.关键词
