Exploration of Pathogenesis and Traditional Chinese Medicine Pattern and Treatment of Prolonged Postoperative Ileus Based on the Theory of Triple Energizers-Mysterious Mansion,Qi and Fluid
摘要
Abstract
Prolonged postoperative ileus(PPOI)is a disease with delayed recovery time of intestinal function after abdominal operation,prolonged postoperative recovery time and a series of postoperative complications.Triple energizers is a major bowel of communicating body fluid and governing qi,and mysterious mansion is the mysterious house of regulating up and down movement of qi and metabolism of fluid.There is a close relationship between the triple energizers the mysterious mansion.The loss of smooth movement of qi and fluid in the triple energizers and mysterious mansion of intestinal tract,and loss of moisturization in the intestinal bowel are important pathogeneses of PPOI.Through regulating qi and fluid of the triple energizers and opening and closing action of mysterious mansion,we can provide assistance for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PPOI.关键词
