针刺"老十针"对脑瘫患儿脾胃功能及生存质量的影响
Effects of Needling Old Ten Acupoints on Spleen and Stomach Function and Quality of Life in Children with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of needling old ten acupoints on spleen and stomach function and quality of life in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:According to the method of randomized controlled trial,120 children with cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.In addition to conventional acupuncture treatment,old ten acupoints were needled once a day,30 minutes each time,5 days per week,with a 4-week course of treatment for 6 consecutive courses.The control group received only conventional acupuncture treatment,and other conditions were the same as the treatment group.Before treatment and 6 months after treatment,the spleen and stomach function and quality of life of the children in the two groups were evaluated by Spleen and Stomach Disease Patient-Reported Outcomes(SSD-PRO),the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory version 4.0(PedsQL4.0)and the Gross Motor Function Measure-88(CMFM-88),and statistically analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total scores of SSD-PRO,PedsQL4.0,CMFM-88 and the scores of each dimension were significantly improved(P<0.05)in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling old ten acupoints can effectively improve the spleen and stomach function of children with cerebral palsy,promote their growth and development,improve their gross motor function and quality of life,and is a safe and effective treatment.关键词
