消疣汤联合干扰素治疗湿热下注型宫颈HR-HPV感染伴CINⅠ的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Wart Removal Decoction Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Dampness-Heat Diffusing Downward Type Cervical High-Risk HPV Infection with CIN Ⅰ

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of the wart removal decoction combined with interferon in the treatment of dampness-heat diffusing downward type cervical HR-HPV infection with CINⅠ.Methods:Eighty patients with dampness-heat diffusing downward type cervical HR-HPV infection with CINⅠ who met the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,the treatment group was treated the same in addition to wart removal decoction for external washing for 3 menstrual cycles.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,HR-HPV negative conversion rate,CINⅠ improvement and P16/Ki-67 expression in cervical lesion epithelium were observed before and after treatment.Results:TCM syndrome score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).TCM syndrome score,HR-HPV negative conversion rate,CINⅠ improvement effect rate,and negative conversion rate of P16/Ki-67 positive expression in the treatment group was superior over the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of wart removal decoction combined with interferon in the treatment of patients with damp-heat type cervical HR-HPV infection with CINⅠ is remarkable.The therapeutic regimen can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of TCM in patients,promote the conversion of HR-HPV to negative direction,reverse the progression of CINⅠ,and reduce the positive expression of P16/Ki-67 in cervical epithelial cells.Its efficacy is superior to that of only interferon group,with clinical significance.关键词
