温胆汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及患者记忆、行为变化观察
Effect of Gallbladder-Warming Decoction Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia and the Changes of Patient Memory and Behavior

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine on schizophrenia and the changes of memory and behavior of the patients.Methods:Eighty schizophrenic patients admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine,and the control group olanzapine.The clinical efficacy,memory level[Clinical Memory Scale(CMS)],behavior level[Behavioral Activity Rating Scale(BARS)],thyroid function indexes[free thyroid hormone(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of CMS increased and the score of BARS decreased(P<0.05)in the two groups,higher in study group than that in control group,and the score of BARS was lower in study group than that in control group(P<0.05).FT4 and FT3 decreased and TSH increased in both groups(P<0.05),were higher in the study group than in the control group,and TSH was lower in study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gallbladder-warming decoction combined with olanzapine can improve the level of memory,behavior and thyroid function in patients with schizophrenia,with good clinical efficacy and high safety.关键词
