抑木和中汤治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及安全性分析
Efficacy and Safety of Yimu Hezhong Decoction in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Yimu Hezhong decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods:Eighty GERD patients admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2020 and February 2023 were randomly selected for inclusion in this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using random number method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine clinical treatment,and the observation group received the same in addition to Yimu Hezhong decoction.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,gastrointestinal hormone levels,serum indicator levels,and medication safety between the two groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effects of the observation group was better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)and ghrelin(GHR)levels in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,and were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)level in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding traditional Chinese medicine Yimu Hezhong decoction to the routine treatment of GERD patients can improve efficacy,improve symptoms and gastrointestinal function,down-regulate inflammation levels,and do not significantly increase adverse drug reactions.关键词
