中医药治疗帕金森病异动症的研究进展
Research Progress in the Treatment of Dyskinesia in Parkinson's Disease Using Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Parkinson disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly people.Levodopa(LD)is the most basic and effective drug for the treatment of this disease.However,long-term use of this drug will cause some patients to have dance like,dystonia like and other stereotyped repetitive involuntary movements,that is,levodopa induced dyskinesia(LID).The occurrence of LID can exacerbate the condition of PD patients to varying degrees and affect their quality of life.At present,the pathogenesis of LID is not fully clear,and the prevention and treatment methods of LID cannot fully meet clinical needs.Therefore,LID is a challenge in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has also carried out some studies on LID,including animal experiments and clinical trials,so the treatment of LID by TCM is a point of penetration.This article refers to relevant domestic literature in recent years,and provides a review of the research progress of TCM on Parkinson's disease dyskinesia from three aspects:TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM prevention,and TCM treatment.关键词
