蜈蚣的炮制历史沿革、化学成分及药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on Processing History Evolution,Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Action of Centipede
摘要
Abstract
Centipede is a traditional Chinese animal medicinal in China,which has the effects of calming wind,relieving spasms,unblocking collaterals,relieving pain,and attacking toxins to disperse nodules.The processing of centipede has a long history.There are records of stir frying as early as in the Northern and Southern Dynasties.Subsequently,various processing methods such as firing,roasting,processing with ginger,and processing with wine,which reduce toxicity,regulate taste and odor,and make the texture crispy,easy to crush,and clinically applicable.At present,the reported components of centipede mainly include proteins,amino acids,lipids,which have anticancer,antithrombotic,anticoagulation,anticonvulsant and other pharmacological effects.This study discusses the processing history,chemical constituent and pharmacological effects of centipede,in order to provide a reference for the related research of centipede.关键词
