紫草的研究进展及质量标志物的预测
Research Progress of Arnebiae Radix and Prediction of Its Quality Markers
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To predict and analyze the quality markers of Arnebiae Radix and provide reference for constructing and improving the quality standard of the medicinal.Methods:CNKI,PubMed,Web of science,Wanfang and other databases and literatures were searched to summarize the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Arnebiae Radix.Combined with the concept of quality marker(Q-Marker),Q-Marker was predicted and analyzed from the aspects of plant kinship,traditional medicinal properties,compatibility,and component measurability.Results:It was summarized that Arnebiae Radix mainly contains naphthoquinones,polysaccharides,monoterpene phenols and flavonoids.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the medicinal has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,hepatoprotective,and immunomodulatory actions.It was found that the active ingredients related to the traditional efficacy and new clinical use of the medicinal were mainly polysaccharides and phenylpropanoids.It was preliminarly predicted that shikonin,acetylshikonin,β-acetoxy-isovaleryl arcanin,isobutylarcanin,β,β′-dimethylacrylyl arcanin and other components could be used as candidates for Q-marker of the herb.Conclusion:We preliminarily predicted the related quality markers of Arnebiae Radix,which will provide reference for the in-depth study and comprehensive utilization of the quality of the medicinal.关键词
