Research Progress on the"Soil Theory"of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in the Bone Marrow Hematopoietic Microenvironment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Abstract
In order to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in intervening the damage to bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia from the perspective of the"soil theory,"we reviewed and evaluated the recent literature on bone marrow microvascular density,bone marrow stromal cell-related factors,adhesion molecules,and signaling pathways related to the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia with TCM.This review provides new insights for further research on the impact and therapeutic mechanism of TCM in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia on the hematopoietic microenvironment.关键词
